Hello,

I am Kim Polonius. Full of energy. Always curious. Enthusiastic and eager to be in touch with people.

With my background as an international business economist, I have been working for a renowned DAX company in Munich for 19 years. As a senior digitalization manager and team coach, I supervise project teams in a large global company that offers many different personalities and ever-changing, interesting challenges on a daily basis.

So why become a coach? Quite simply: I enjoy being in contact with people, and I also enjoy connecting them on a trusting foundation. So the step towards my coaching education was not far – with the certified degree as a systemic coach with Alexandra Schack and an additional qualification for couple and team coaching as well as team development.

All these competencies flow into my work as a digitalization manager, so that I can also accompany teams and individual colleagues in their further development in a sustainable way. In doing so, I combine the empathic, human approach of systemic coaching with the expertise of an experienced Design Thinking Coach and Scrum Master.

I am happily married and have two sweet, bright daughters.
